This was surely a great and a unique spot a friend of mine suggested. Lines will be long here for people in waiting but they go by fairly quickly. Order is usually ready in less than 10 min and you can even see the way they're making those noodles in front of you.. really really fresh noodles indeed. I took the spicy lamb dry noodles and they were so good, in the peak winter cold of New York the spices felt so good.. this is always a spot in my visit list while in NYC

We stopped by after walking around exploring the area. Located in a food court, spicy hand pulled noodles sounds great on a cold day. I went for the tingly and spicy cumin lamb dry version. The noodles were great with a nice chew. I thought the flavors were good but missing some saltiness. Service is prompt and quick. The food court is bustling and busy on a Sunday night. If there aren't seats in the food court itself, you can walk down to the end of the market and there are covered outdoor seatings.

A lot of places in Chelsea Market are tourist traps, but this place is genuinely so good. There aren't many seats, but if you're willing to sit outside, there's a lot of common space dedicated to the Chelsea Market stalls. You can watch the workers make the noodles by hand through the glass, which is pretty cool and a great way to pass time while waiting for your food. We tried both a dry noodle and a soup noodle. Both were phenomenal, but I'd have to say the dry noodle was my favorite. There was so much flavor from the herbs, spices, and vinegar! The soup was warm and flavorful, and the beef was tender. The noodles had the perfect texture and were nice and chewy. They are pretty efficient with making orders, so you shouldn't have to wait too long, even if there is a line.

A MUST! I went right at opening, so it wasn't so busy. I loved seeing the chef hand-pull the noodles through the window, definitely a master at their craft. My personal favorite was the dry lamb noodles, as I prefer bolder flavors. The Taiwanese noodle soup was delicious as well! A very warm, hearty bowl of soup.

Still might be my favorite spot to eat in the city so far. Right in the heart of Chelsey Mqrket Very Fresh Noodles is a must try if you're in the area and dare I say worth the trip to get here if you're not. Came here off a recommendation from a fellow Yelp Elite and wasn't disappointed. I ordered the dry noodles with lamb (spicy.) The noddles alone have this amazing texture that makes you want to take bigger and bigger bites just so you can eat more and more of them. The lamb was tender and the sauce is a combination of warming and fragrant asian flavors with a nice kick of spice. Be sure to ask for a side of chili oil if you want it spicier. If I lived here I'd eat these every week.

If you like mala and Szechuan, then give this place a shot! I've been here before and had a great experience so wanted to take my fiancé here. He thought it was alright but to caveat, he doesn't like mala or Szechuan. I still very much enjoyed the noodles. The wait this time took maybe about 45 mins in line just to order, but the food came out very quickly shortly after ordering (I want to say 5-7 mins) It's a very popular spot and is especially busy on weekends so a longer wait was expected. I would say i'm a fan of the soup over the dry noodles. I think there's more substance to work with and sometimes, dry noodles can get a little bit overwhelming. I loved the chewy texture and bounciness of the hand-pulled noodles! We also ordered the fried chicken to share, I personally think it was overly seasoned but the crispiness was perfect. Great place if you're trying to escape the cold and need something to quickly warm you up!

I loved these fresh handmade noodles! I got the spicy lamb dry noodles and the noodles were so delicious and chewy, with a spicy sauce that complemented them well! The line moves fairly quickly, though I had to wait maybe 8-10 minutes for my noodles to be served. I would definitely come back to try their noodle soup!

Back again several years later, and just as yummy as I remembered! The service was extremely fast and line went quickly at 7PM on a Friday. Pretty hard to find a seat, but doable after doing laps in the space. Best szechuan spot that's quick and easy to go in a 5 block radius!

Inside a tourist trap called chelsea market, lies a very tasty biang biang noodles place. When I visited , an employee was smacking the noodles like there is no tomorrow I bet it is hard work but also a stress reliever of sort The noodles are so chewy and flavorful. Food court in the Chelsea market is most recommended food courts in NYC. Specifically the very fresh noodles has been viral in the Instagram and Tiktok. There is a long line to order and once you order the food will be ready for 10 minutes. The cumin lamb noodles is 5/5 and must try item when you are in NYC. The salad is very refreshing with lots of coriander.
